Hideaway Park
Downtown Winter Park
Across the street from the Chamber of Commerce in downtown Winter Park, Pearl City Landscapes is completing a high-profile project at Hideaway Park. This Winter Park social and entertainment center features an outdoor amphitheater for concerts and events, a playground, skate park, and walking trails in the summer. During the snowy months, the sloped amphitheater will become a sledding hill for the kids. The Town of Winter Park's public restrooms are also conveniently located at this location.
A Before and After Story
Our mission was to complete the first phase of landscaping at Hideaway Park before "Blues From The Top", the annual Blues Festival held in Winter Park. After most of the snow melted in spring, Pearl City Landscapes went to work prepping the site, installating the irrigation system, and laying the sod – all on a tight deadline.
As the "Before and After" photos illustrate, the final result was successful – for Pearl City Landscapes, the Town of Winter Park, and "Blues From The Top"!
