Our employee manual states the following about our Customer Privacy Policy. All employees are trained in this policy.
Employees
"Our customers trust us to respect them, their privacy and their property. Employees are allowed onto the exterior of the property, but not into garages, homes or outbuildings, unless this has been cleared by a supervisor. If you have any question about whether or not you should be in a particular area, ask your supervisor before entering. Employees who are found to be in unauthorized areas of customer homes will be dismissed immediately."
Records
Our customer records are kept in a secure area of our offices accessible to only Pearl City owners and a general manager. General information on home locations, including names and addresses are given to our crew leaders and sometimes crew members so they can find their way to your home.
Email Addresses
We send our e-newsletter two times a year. We may occasionally send other updates as needed. We will never give or sell your information to anyone for any reason without your permission.
